My name is Li Jie. I have been learn?ing English for nearly three years. I find it difficult to learn a second language well, although I like it. Every day I spend lots of time on new words and texts. I can remember most of them. But I haven't made much progress yet.

The biggest problem is my spoken English. I'm not outgoing and Im afraid to speak English in class. I am often too nervous to think of the words I need, so I just hide behind my textbooks and never put up my hand. In my free time,I hardly ever talk with my classmates in English.

I'm a very slow reader. While reading,I try to translate every ur(l into Chinese. And I will feel worried when I meet any word I don't know. I have to stop to look it up.
