A recent survey shows that most of the school students eat an unhealthy breakfast．Why don't they have breakfast？Some studentswho get up too late choose to miss breakfast，for they have no time to eat breakfast．Others go to school without breakfast，because their parents are too busy to prepare the breakfast for them．Some girls eat nothing in the morning in order to keep slim．And some boys likes eating the food from the stands on their way to school．In their opinion，it's more convenient．
As a result，most of them are not in good health．They feel tired and sleepy in class，so they can't do well in their studies．Some even fail in the exams．
