Recently, our school has done a survey about the students’ health. Here are the main problems on mental health.75 percent of the students feel stressed out. They have too much homework to do and don’t have enough time to do what they enjoy doing, I think they need to find time to relax and try to make a balance of work and play. As for physical health, 65 percent of the students don’t have good study habits, so they got near-sighted. They should do homework or reading in a correct way. Some students get fatter and fatter because they eat lots of snacks and hardly do exercise。It’s better for them to have more healthy food and do exercise every day.
