Today, it is the first day of the new school year．All the students have returned to the school including Liping．Two years ago, his father died in an accident and his mother was badly ill．His family was so poor that they couldn’t afford to pay for his school fee．Liping had to drop out．This year it is decided by the Chinese government that all pupils in primary schools and junior middle school should go to school without paying any fee．It is because of the government decision that Liping has realized the dream of returning to school again．I think it is a wise decision to cancel the school fees．In this way all pupils from poor families will have the chance of receiving education and the future of the children will become brighter． |
