As we all know, friendship plays an important role in our life. If we have a close friend, we can share happiness and worries, which can make us enjoy a much happier life.

Since friendship makes a great difference to us, we need to take it seriously and try to keep friendship. My tips are as follows: Firstly, we should keep in touch with our friends by sending e-mails, writing letters or spending some time together regularly. Secondly, we should respect our friends and be honest with them. In addition, good friends are supposed to help each other when in trouble. Just as the old saying goes, “A friend in need is a friend indeed.”

In a word, if we want to keep friendship, we’d better treat our friends as we want to be treated.
