With the fiece competition and rapid development of society ，people have too much work。Many people think smoking can reduce stress 。while smoking ，they feel relaxed 。besides ，some young people learn to smoke because they think smoking is fashionable ，which can attract others’ attention 。lastly ，many famous people smoke ，so people can’t help following them 。

But in my opinion，smoking is bad for people’s health 。it also affects the normal life 。so please don’t smoke。

There are a lot of reasons that cause people to smoke, First of all, some people are under pressure most of the time, so they smoke a lot in order to adjust or release their stress. Some smokers may think smoking is very fashionable, so they can be noticed and let people pay attention to them. Lastly, many famous people smoke and some people want to imitate their behavior, so they can look very cool in front of non-smokers.

    However, there are a lot of negative sides of smoking. Smoking can be very dangerous, it does harm to your health, sometimes may threaten human life. Besides, smoking costs a lot of money, by wasting money on cigarettes, people’s normal life can be affected as well.

    Smoking cigarettes can be really bad. So consider your family and the important people to you, and try to quit smoking because health is the most important for any of us.
