Paul，

    It’s a long time since we last contacted with each other．I miss you very much．

    This afternoon my English teacher，Mrs. Zhang，laid particular stress on the very importance of self-study out of class．Meanwhile, two of my classmates were invited to introduce their experience and methods about that. What they did really impressed me a lot. Now we have  more free time than before．Therefore, how to effectively take advantage of it is well worth considering．Only by that means will I he well prepared for the National Entrance Examination next year．

    As for my English。I have a lot of things to do，especially my vocabulary，which is not large enough．and reading comprehension．Following in my classmates’footsteps，I’II take up word study to remember more words with the help of the dictionary．Besides．I’II read three passages every day to improve my reading ability．
