Say No to Bad Habits
In my life, I have some bad habits and they bring me many problems.
I often stay up late at night and I feel too tired to get up early the next morning. I usually go to school without breakfast. It makes me hungry and weak when I have classes at school. As soon as I get home at supper time, I eat a lot! Now I’m becoming fat. I need a change!
I should have a good breakfast and do exercises every day. Nothing is important except health! It’s time for me to say No to bad habits!
